8a plays an anti-hepatic fibrosis effect via supressing the intergrin-focal adhesion pathways. (A) Effects of compound 8a on inhibiting integrin αV and inhibiting p-FAK and p-AKT on protein level in LX-2 cells after 8a treatment for 24 h; (B) Effects of compound 8a on inhibiting integrin αV on mRNA level in LX-2 cells after 8a treatment for 24 h. The protein expression levels were analyzed by Western Blot assay, and normalized against GAPDH. The mRNA expression levels were analyzed by RT-PCR. Data were presented as the mean ± SEM, (##) p < 0.01 as compared to that of control group; (*) p < 0.05 as compared to that of TGFβ1 group.
