Effect of DNA-PKcs inhibitor Nu7441 on luciferase expression in primary human PBMCs. Cells were isolated from whole blood, activated and transductions were performed 48 h later with 0.1 MOI of either HIV_wt or HIV_mut in the presence of 7 µg/mL polybrene. Luciferase expression was assayed 48 h after transduction.
