Shown are stomatal apertures in response to Pst DC3000 or buffer alone (mock) in the autoimmune mutants bon1-1, snc1-1, aca10 aca8 and aca4 aca11 as well as the wild-type Col-0 at 22°C (a) and 28°C (b). Biological duplicates were averaged and statistically analyzed with one-way Anova followed by Tukey-Kramer test.
