Arthritis (CAIA) was induced by passive immunization of anticollagen antibodies, followed by intraperitoneal injection of LPS. On the day of LPS injection, control IgG, unmodified α-TNF, or CBP–α-TNF was injected intravenously into the arthritic mice.
