25-HC promotes HepG2 cells migration in vitro. A. Migratory ability of HepG2 cells after treated with 25-HC for 36 hours was determined by Transwell assay. Numbers of cells migrated through the membrane were calculated in five fields per well. B. HepG2 cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of 25-HC for 24 hours before mRNA was extracted and expressions of MMPs were examined by RT-qPCR. C. HepG2 cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of 25-HC for 24 hours or treated with 25-HC at 10 μM for the indicated times before protein was collected to detect the MMPs expressions by Western blotting. Results were obtained from 3 independent experiments and are expressed as the means ± SEM.
