In each figure, the whole and subtype (the HR+HER2- group, the HER2+ group, and the TN group) from the left to the right is shown. High PLK1 mRNA expression was defined as ≥75th percentile of PLK1 mRNA expression. High expression of PLK1 was positively related with CD8+ T cell; (A) activated memory CD4+ cell; (B) M0; (C) and M1 macrophage; (D) and negatively related with M2 macrophage; (E) Tumors with high PLK1 expression were also positively related with CYT score; (F) ****means P<0.001 and **means P<0.01.
