Phylogenetic tree based on 16S rRNA gene sequences showing the phylogenetic relationships of the genus Rhodobacter of the family ‘Rhodobacteraceae.’ The tree was computed with MEGA 7 software and rooted by using Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa as out-group. The GenBank accession numbers for 16S rRNA gene sequences are shown in parentheses. Bootstrap percentages refer to NJ/ML/ME analysis. Bar, 0.01 nucleotide substitution per position.
