Bioinformatics analysis of the differential gene expression. Total RNA was extracted from osteoblasts from mice that received 10 μM dexamethasone and 10 µM dexamethasone combined with 100 µg EPC-EVs. RNA-seq was conducted, and bioinformatics analysis was performed.
