Conserved amino acid motifs are colored in various kinds of square blocks, the consensus motif VKVNPPQYDLE/RR is shown at the bottom using light red letters, and E/R is indeterminate. Frequency represents the sequence specificity that occasionally repeats within all of the 10 probable samples.
