Metal-enhanced multidimensional epimeric monomer discrimination. Group 1 (ac): short neuropeptides 15; Group 2 (df): long neuropeptides 610; Group 3 (gi): Aβ N-terminal fragments 1112 and Group 4 (jl): Aβ C-terminal fragments 13. With the increase of separation dimensions (sequential binding with Cu2+), significantly improved separation efficiency is achieved for a wide range of neuropeptides and Aβ fragments (30 in total).
