Plasma concentration–time profiles of the five drugs (IV doing) after administration of a single oral dose of adlay bran oil (ABO) in rats. Drug cocktail (CYP1A2: theophylline (a), CYP2C: diclofenac (b), CYP2D: dextromethorphan (c), CYP2E1: chlorzoxazone (d), CYP3A: diltiazem (e) was administered intravenously at a dose of 1–10 mg/kg body weight (BW) to rats 1 h after administration of control oil (soybean oil; 2.5 mL/kg BW) or ABO (2.5 mL/kg BW).
