The short-flash ERGs were performed with two separate protocols, which differed in the intensity of the adapting light. Each of the protocols consisted of a light and a dark adaptation period. (B) The flicker ERG response to sine-wave luminance modulation was divided into adaptation periods for high (25 cd/m2) and low (1 cd/m2) mean luminances.
