Parameters are calculated from the light-saturation curves of photosynthesis based on oxygen evolution of the wild type and the alb3b KO lines (LL, Fig. 7E; ML, Fig. 7F). Data for alb3b are presented as averages of the three independent alb3b KO lines (alb3b-14, alb3b-16, and alb3b-19) ± sd. A minimum of three biological replicates were measured for each independent line.
