Note: The ectatic area corresponds to the corneal periphery, i.e., to the graft-host junction, confirming our choice of CXL rather than keratoplasty (KP) to stabilize the host cornea. In this eye, the Kmax (AK, apical keratometry) remained stable at 12 months, whereas the other topographic indexes (K1; K2; topographic cylinder (Cyl); average keratometry (AVG); apical gradient curvature (AGC); SI; KPI, keratoconus prediction index) all improved.
