The SHP2 mutation enhances the migration and invasion of A172 and U87 cells. (A and B) A migration test was performed for normal, vector, WT-SHP2, and MT-SHP2 A172 and U87 cells using a Transwell chamber with polycarbonate membrane in 24-well plates.
