Detection of systemic tumor-specific immune responses. Mice were inoculated with CT26 tumor cells and treated with lefitolimod as described in Figure 1. 20 days after tumor inoculation spleens were harvested and re-stimulated with CT26 cells (a) or AH1 peptide (b) for 20 h. IFN-gamma ELISpot was performed. Number of IFN-gamma secreting cells per 1 × 10⁶ splenocytes are shown. Mann–Whitney test was used. Correlation of tumor volume with the number of IFN-gamma secreting cells after stimulation with CT26 cells (c) or AH1 peptide (d), was calculated with the Spearman r test.
