∙ Severe hypoxia |
- PaO2/FiO2 <200 mmHg |
∙ Unable to cooperate |
- Delirium |
- Reduced cognitive function |
∙ Symptomatic ischemic heart disease |
∙ Use of accessory muscle under oxygen therapy using NC |
∙ Impracticality of HFNC or NC application |
- Facial deformity |
