Expression of GAS5 in hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R)‐cardiomyocytes and ischaemia/reperfusion (I/R)‐heart tissues. H9c2 (A), AC16 (B) and primary neonatal cardiomyocytes (C) were subjected to 6 h of hypoxia, followed by 3 h of reoxygenation (H/R). Cells underwent 9 h of normoxia as a control. Relative expression of GAS5 in cardiomyocytes was determined by qRT‐PCR. Data are expressed as the mean ± standard deviation (SD), n = 3, **P < .01. D, The isolated rat hearts were subjected to 30 min of global ischaemia, followed by 120 min of reperfusion (I/R). The isolated rat hearts were continuously perfused with K‐H solution without ischaemia as a control.
