Effects of TQ on PTEN/AKT and MAPK signals. Serum‐starved VSMCs were pre‐treated with TQ (5‐15 μmol/L) for 2 h followed by treatment with 40 ng/mL PDGF‐BB for 10 min. The expressions of PTEN, p‐AKT, AKT, p‐p38MAPK, p38MAPK, p‐ERK1/2, ERK1/2, p‐JNK and JNK were assayed by Western blot.
