A, Flow cytometry was employed to investigate the subpopulation of circulating monocytes after AngII infusion on day 7 in each group. CD45 + CD11b + Ly6C^high population was gated and representative figure was presented. A decrease in CD45 + CD11b + Ly6C^high was observed in both BM‐MSC and MSCs‐CM group comparing with control medium group.
