Effect of Poly I:C and/or Pam3CSK4 on gene expression and protein levels of IL‐8 in hPDLSCs. Primary hPDLSCs were stimulated with single TLR agonist (blue bars, concentrations are given in µg/ml) or their combinations (red bars) for 24 hours. Resulting gene expression levels of IL‐8 were measured with qPCR and are represented as n‐fold expression in relationship to untreated cells (A). Protein concentration of IL‐8 in the conditioned media (B) was analyzed with ELISA.
