Major signs in Gaucher disease with continuous variables. Panel members were asked to indicate the levels of anaemia, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly and thrombocytopenia that were considered consistent with, or unlikely to indicate, early type 1 Gaucher disease (GD) (n = 22) or early type 3 GD (n = 19), and the levels of hyperferritinaemia consistent with, or unlikely to indicate, type 1 GD.
