NPRS, numeric pain rating scale with scores from 0–10, with a higher score indicating more pain. Lysholm scale scored from 0–100, with a higher score indicating fewer problems. TSK-11: Shortened version of the Tampa scale for kinesiophobia scored from 11 to 44, with a higher score indicating more kinesiophobia. KOOS, knee injury and osteoarthritis outcome score ranging from 0 to 100, with a higher score indicating fewer problems. IQR: interquartile range.
