The interpretations follow those by the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI, 2012) except ceftiofur (Therapeutic, 2007) and streptomycin (Shittu and Lin, 2006). S, susceptible; I, intermediate; R, resistant. The experiments were performed in biological duplicates.
