MPAPO is effective in activating the phosphorylation of AKT and GSK3β in corneal epithelial cells and promoting the entry of β-catenin into the nucleus. (B) Western blotting was used to study the nuclear importation of β-catenin, and Lamin B1 was used as the nuclear protein internal reference. (C) MPAPO promotes the entry of β-catenin into the nucleus of corneal epithelial cells after injury. DAPI is a nuclear dye with blue fluorescence. AF594 is a red fluorescent secondary murine antibody, and the primary antibody used is β-catenin.
