FAF quantification of lipofuscin/A2E accumulation of ABCA4 hybrid dual vector-treated and untreated ABCA4−/− mouse retinas. AAV hybrid dual vectors packaged in AAV8(Y733F) were subretinally injected at 1 month of age. One eye was injected while the contralateral eye was left untreated.
