The attached amount of native gelatin or GelMA on NF (6 h) was quantified by directly measuring protein amounts in dissolved PCL NF with a BCA-based protein assay kit.
Incorporation efficiency (%) = (Gt/Gi) × 100, where Gt is the amount of attached gelatin that was incubated for 6 h and Gi is the amount of gelatin initially added.
