Immune-mediated hepatitis is induced by ConA injection. (A) C57 BL/6 mice were injected with ConA (15 mg/kg) via the tail vein and sacrificed at 0, 6, 12, 24, and 48 h post-injection. The liver tissues were harvested and analyzed by H&E staining (n=6 in each group; ×100 and ×200 magnification). (B and C) The plasma ALT and AST levels of the mice were detected using an automatic biochemistry analysis apparatus (n=6).
