The fold enrichment of SGs is on the x-axis (log-scale), and the adjusted p-value is on the y-axis (-log10 scale). The horizontal line represents the 5% Family Wise Error Rate threshold (Bonferroni adjusted p-value: 0.05), which is the pre-fixed significance threshold. The enrichment of p53 pathway SGs is shown in yellow; a significant enrichment is observed in cancer (Neoplasms), but not in any other disease groups. The y-axis represents the percentage of pathways that demonstrated significant enrichments of SGs for the given disease grouping.
