For each heterozygous SNP locus of offspring, it could be inherited by parents based on seven conditions, among which two (refers to red, where parents are both homozygous but distinct) and four (refers to blue, homozygous for one parent and heterozygous for the other parent) can be used to phase. (B–G) The distribution of phased SNPs across autosomes of the six DLY pigs, ranged from 88.59% to 89.59%.
