Cytotoxicity assessment of ZnONWs. BMDMs from WT mice, LKR13 or RAW-264.7 cells (0.5 × 10⁶ cells /ml) were stimulated with different concentrations for different times with ZnONWs as indicated or with PBS as negative control. Cell viability was assessed using MTT test. RAW-264.7 cells were stimulated with ZnONWs 5, 10, 20, and 100 μg/ml for 6 h (A). Time course study for RAW-264.7 cells, cells were stimulated with ZnONWs 20 and 100 μg/ml concentrations for 2, 4, 6, and 18 h (B).
