ZFAS1 regulates HGF/c-Met signaling in human HB. (A) ZFAS1, si-ZFAS1 and PHA665752 were co-transfected into HeG2 and HuH-6 cells, cell proliferation and invasion ability were assessed by colony formation assay and transwell assay. (B) Expression levels of HGF, c-Met and p-c-Met in HepG2 and HuH-6 transfected with ZFAS1, si-ZFAS1 and PHA665752 were analyzed by western blot.
