Nephrin/Nck1 clusters stop moving upon blebbistatin treatment. TIRF time-lapse images of a live HeLa cell (Figure 5A, third row) expressing Src-FKBP, Nephrin-FRB (shown in video) and Nck1. Cells were treated with 10 min of MβCD, 20 min of rapamycin followed by 20 min of blebbistatin. Images in the video were captured every 1 sec at the end of the blebbistatin incubation.
