Effects of RPG-OM-30E on LPS-induced Il-6, Il-1β, and TNF-α mRNA expression in RAW 264.7 cells. Cells were incubated with each concentration of RPG-OM-30E for 1 h, followed by LPS (1 μg/mL) treatment for 6 h. Total RNA was isolated from the cells.
