PM20D1 expression is highly induced by PPARγ agonist in human adipocytes. (A) SGBS cells were cultured in adipocyte differentiation media including rosiglitazone (rosi) for 8 d, then in maintenance media with or without rosi for 11 d. Rosiglitazone or vehicle was then reintroduced to mature adipocytes for 2 d. n = 6 wells per condition, and this schema is the color key for samples in B and C.
