Effect of AA2G and AA2G + Chrys on dark CPD formation in Mel-a cells: Mel-a cells were pre-treated with or without actives every other day for 6 days, then exposed with 150 kJ/m² of UVA dose. The cells were fixed in PFA, treated with anti-CPD mAb, followed by secondary anti-body. CPD level was obtained by analyzing the fluorescent intensity.
