Two-way ANOSIMs of bacterial and fungal community similarity with B. burgdorferi presence/absence and Spirurida infection status as factors. Borrelia spp. were filtered from the dataset and Bray–Curtis distance matrices were log (x+1) transformed. Significance was determined by comparing the ANOSIM R to the R values obtained from 999 999 random permutations. For negative R values, the P-value was calculated as (100-P) *2.
