NS-SV-AC and HuSG Fibro cells in EYP biomaterial combinations and media analyzed at times 0 and 14 days with Ki-67 antibody using immunohistochemistry. Tissue sections were obtained from sectioning 3D-Cryo well inserts. Images were captured by microscopy with 20× objective. Biomaterials commonly appeared light brown, while the nuclei were blue. Presence of Ki-67 is shown in dark brown. With NS-SV-AC, the dark brown signal appeared to overlap blue nuclei colour.
