Phylogenetic dendrogram of amplicon Pan1-Pan2. The amplicon was sequenced and compared to the NCBI database using Blast to identify highly similar sequences with E-values < 10−40. Sequences were aligned and a distance tree was generated using the Blast pairwise alignments.
