Abuja 11th September 2012	13 total: Four community representatives from the community hosting the NICCAV24 project in Nigeria, eight representatives of MSM, FSW and IDU populations; one journalist; and one layperson from an ethics review committee that handles multiple HIV research related protocols that involve MARPs
