Interactions of PPEylated nanocarriers with dendritic cells. a,b) Flow cytometry analysis: untreated cells (black), Phos‐S(1) (blue), Phos‐S(2)‐Man (orange), and Phos‐S(3)‐Man (red)‐coated NCs (PS = polystyrene, PMMA = poly(methyl methacrylate)). c,d) Dendritic cells were incubated with NCs (150 µg mL⁻¹) for 2 h, 37 °C. Cellular uptake was quantified by flow cytometry and values are expressed % positive cells ± SD from triplicates (gray bars).
