24 November 2014	New citation required and conclusions have changed	This is the update of the 'Selective serotonin re‐uptake inhibitors (SSRIs) for preventing migraine and tension‐type headaches' review. However, the following major changes have been implemented: the intervention includes selective‐serotonin and serotonin‐norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors; the population is adults with episodic and chronic tension‐type headache; migraine is the topic of another Cochrane review; the search strategy was revised to account for these changes and updated in November 2014. We included two new studies (120 participants) in this update ( Singh 2002; Zissis 2007). Overall, we included eight studies and 412 participants. We recommend previous readers of the review should re‐read this update.
