The effects of AWPPH overexpression and the TGF-β inhibitor LY on the (A) migration and (B) invasion of human glioma cell lines CCD-25Lu and Hs 683. AWPPH overexpression significantly enhanced the migration and invasion of CCD-25Lu and Hs 683 cells. In addition, treatment with 100 nM TGF-β inhibitor LY significantly inhibited cell migration and invasion, and significantly attenuated the effects of AWPPH overexpression on migration and invasion.
