The generator recovered by dMSI is concordant with the epileptic focus and provides an estimate of its extent. ECD source localization is concordant with the focus and very consistent as well. The dipole was however quite deep, close to the insula. It is almost impossible to appreciate it through the cortical surface and it has been displayed over brain sections in right last columns.
