Stimulation on number 50 elicited a BNMR and corresponds to the anterior arm of the internal capsule and the head of the caudate nucleus. The wide opening of the ventricle and the absence of brain parenchyma anteriorly make easier the localization of the site eliciting BNMR on MRI and the link with the per‐operative view.
