Effect of paradigm order on bilateral thalamus. CPT was administered before mood induction (condition 1 and 2) or CPT was conducted after mood induction (condition 3 and 4). The involvement of bilateral thalamus is affected by paradigm order with the group performing the CPT after mood induction (condition 3 and 4) showing the weakest thalamic involvement in response to overnight fasting (condition 4).
