The figure shows a small random cluster in the left anterior external capsule found using a t‐map from the across‐group longitudinal analysis de‐projected to individual FA volumes. These example volumes comprise subjects showing the most positive change (n = 4, top four) and the least positive change (n = 4, bottom four) in diffusivity in this area. The figure shows that the registration and alignment procedure applied in the present study assures excellent anatomical overlap across scans.
