MBD2 reduces Ki-67 expression via inhibition of Sp1 binding to Ki-67 promoter. (A) MeCP2, MBD2 and MBD3 proteins binding to the methylated Ki-67 promoter were analyzed through ChIP assays in MKN45 cells.
