Comparison of total distance travelled, vertical counts, jump count, and average speed during 22 h locomotor activity measurements between aSyn transgenic mice (tg) and wild type littermates (wt). Total distance travelled was decreased in 9 months and increased in 18 months old tg mice compared to wt mice (A). 3 and 6 months old tg mice showed significantly less vertical counts compared to littermates (B). 12 old months tg mice had more vertical counts compared to wt mice (B). Jump counts were significantly lower in 3, 6, and 9 months old tg mice compared to wt littermates (C). Average speed of tg mice was significantly lowered in all age groups (D).
