(b) A 48-year-old patient presents with anophthalmic cavity secondary to exenteration due to malignant tumor, and to the left, eyelid irregularity, ectropion, lagophthalmos, and ocular hyperemia. (c) A 81-year-old patient with lower eyelid retraction bilaterally and history of bilateral inferior eyelid tumor excision and had a nasal prosthesis with a superior orifice.
